Program Overview

The Balanced Life Blueprint provides the framework for living an extraordinary, balanced life. This program is offered in both group and one-on-one format. The only differences between the Group and One-on-One Programs are the duration and number of participants in each program.

Group Program

The Balanced Life Blueprint Group Program is an 8 week course that meets weekly for 90 minutes. In this program, we will build the framework for living an extraordinary, balanced life. We review the 8 Dimensions of Wellness and determine where you may have imbalances within the dimensions.

You will use your values and priorities to set goals in each dimension and utilize the Balanced Life Blueprint to achieve your goals. This program will build the foundation for everything in your life. Without a strong foundation, you will not be able to succeed and will always feel that something is missing in your life.

One-on-One Program

The Balanced Life Blueprint One-on-One Program provides a fast track approach to building your framework to living an extraordinary, balanced life. This program will be 4 weeks with weekly one-on-one calls to go over your blueprint, break down your goals into achievable parts, and set a schedule to address your goals in each dimension of wellness so you succeed at life.
